一、考场地址：

1．雅思纸笔笔试考场位于陕西省西安市碑林区友谊西路127号西北工业大学老图书馆；口试考场位于陕西省西安市碑林区友谊西路127号西北工业大学留学生公寓（27号楼）。考试当日，考生统一由学校南门进出。

2．雅思机考考场位于陕西省西安市莲湖区劳动南路118号西北工业大学西苑继续教育学院一楼。考试当日，考生由西北工业大学西苑南门进出。

二、进校要求：

1．考试当日，根据国务院实时发布的最新疫情风险等级信息，考试前7天有高风险地区旅居史的考生不可进校参加考试；考试前7天及考试当日，有出现发烧、持续咳嗽、呼吸困难或有流感症状的考生不可进校参加考试。

2．所有考生需提供本人48小时内阴性核酸检测证明（以采样时间为准，电子版、纸质版均可），“陕西一码通”和“通信大数据行程卡”均为绿码，体温低于37.3℃方可参加考试。

3．考生从所在地至考点途中的防疫政策，请咨询相关政府部门。西安市以外考生完成“三天两检”。西安市最新疫情防控政策及有关入城要求，请致电咨询电话：029-12345，并按要求做好行程安排。

三、进校流程：

1．考生进入校园后，按指定线路行走。进入考场时，所有考生需出示与本人身份信息相符的48小时内阴性核酸检测证明（以采样时间为准，电子版、纸质版均可），“陕西一码通”和“通信大数据行程卡”均为绿码，体温低于37.3℃方可参加考试。体温≥37.3℃的考生须接受二次测温，两次测温均≥37.3℃的考生不得进入考场，在工作人员陪同下离校。

2．考试期间，考生须全程佩戴口罩，服从现场工作人员引导完成考试每一环节，全程保持一米安全社交距离。考试过程中，如有身体不适，或体温≥37.3℃，或有连续咳嗽等症状的考生，须立即终止考试，在工作人员陪同下离校。

3．考试结束后，请考生严格按照防疫要求，自觉遵守校园管理规定，尽快离开学校，不得在校园内逗留。

4．因疫情管控，建议考生提前规划路线，合理安排时间，确保有足够的时间完成体温检测及防疫健康检查等流程。

5．出租车，网约车和私家车等社会车辆禁止入校。

Notice on lELTS Test Epidemic Prevention and Control Arrangement at Northwestern Polytechnical University

IELTS Test Center

According to the Guidelines for the prevention and control of COVID-19 from the National Education Examinations Authority and the requirements of Xi’an municipal government, in order to reduce the risks of the epidemic spreading, all test takers at Northwestern Polytechnical University IELTS test centre are required to follow the prevention and control measures as below:

I．Test Center Address

1．The paper-based IELTS test center of the written part is located in the Old Library and the speaking part is located in International Student Apartment (Building 27) at Northwestern Polytechnical University, No. 127, Youyi West Road, Beilin District, Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. Please take the South Gate of the university on the day of the test.

2．The IELTS on Computer test center is located on the first floor of Xiyuan School of Continuing Education, Northwestern Polytechnical University, No. 118 Laodong South Road, Lianhu District, Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. Please take the South Gate of the university on the day of the test.

II．Requirements for entering

1．Test takers should have no history of sojourn in high-risk districts, or cities with local cases within SEVEN days prior to the test date. Candidates with fever, persistent cough, difficulty breathing or flu symptoms on the day of the test are not allowed to enter.

2．All candidates need to provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours (subject to the sampling time, electronic or paper versions are acceptable), green codes both for SHAANXI ONE CODE PASS and ITINERARY CARD, and body temperature is lower than 37.3°C to take the test.

3．Please consult the relevant departments for the epidemic prevention policy of candidates on the way from their location to the examination site. For candidates outside Xi'an, please complete the TWO NUCLEIC ACID TESTS IN THREE DAYS.  Please pay attention to the latest epidemic prevention and control policies of Xi'an in time for entering the city, Tel.: 029-12345

III．Admission Process:

1．After entering the campus, candidates should follow the designated route. All candidates are required to present a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours that matches their identity information (subject to the sampling time, electronic or paper versions are acceptable), green codes both for SHAANXI ONE CODE PASS and ITINERARY CARD, and the body temperature is lower than 37.3°C to take the test. Candidates with a body temperature ≥ 37.3°C are required to undergo a second temperature measurement, and candidates whose temperature is ≥ 37.3°C on both occasions are not allowed to enter the examination room and leave the school accompanied by staff.

2．During the test, candidates must wear masks throughout the test. All candidates must obey the guidance to complete each part of the test, and maintain a safe social distance (one meter) throughout the whole process. If you have a body temperature ≥ 37.3°C, or have symptoms such as continuous cough, your test will be terminated.

3．After the exam, candidates are requested to leave the campus immediately, and strictly follow the epidemic prevention requirements.

4．It is recommended that candidates reasonably arrange the time to ensure that there is enough time to complete the process of epidemic prevention.

5．Social vehicles such as taxis, ride-hailing cars, and private cars are prohibited from entering the campus.
